The hotel is really close to everything and conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the center of Paris. The staff was incredibly helpful in showing us the best and cheapest ways to get around the city. The room was well-appointed with attention to detail and had a comfortable bed.

No significant negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

Everything else was top. Rooms were clean, staff was nice and one had peace and quiet.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with a Sofa bed and small kitchenette. Additionally, the hotel is located near the Pantin metro station, making it really convenient to get around the city.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Location is a bit remote; the nearest subway station is 10 minutes walking, then it takes half hour to get into the center of Paris. The whole area around the hotel (but the rooms are well sound isolated and have good airco) is one big construction pit, so constant congestion due to trucks, lorries. Maybe it improves in near future.

Near to Metro stop, room was clean, staff on checkout day was very good.

Staff on check-in day was very rude, non-cooperative with no client handling/talking skills. The policy statement shown during booking the room no where mentions that kids more than 6 years age can't stay in double room with parents. The hotel staff didn't allowed kid in same room during check-in and gave the option to switch to another room which was 2.5 times the cost of double room booked. This was really disappointing.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

We found the room small but designed extremely well to accommodate a business person or couple staying overnight.

Cusheon on sofa bed had a torn zipper and was very unsightly. Would be nice to have a little more room at end of beds between desk since banged our knees often.

Sqeaky clean rooms. Very comfortable. Sofa beds, but dividable in two for best of both worlds for single traveler.

Internet reception no good at end of halls. Had to move to a room at the center. Good signal there but had to log in often.

The suite we stayed in during our new year's trip had a kitchenette with a stove and fridge, which was really handy for quick meals. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Plus, it was located close to the train station, so we could easily zip around the city. Another big plus: the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The area surrounding the hotel was a bit rough and made us feel uneasy at times, especially in the evenings. It was also a bit of a disappointment that the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a smoke-free establishment.

The receptionists were fantastic. Very helpful and very knowledgable on the cities subway systems and time tables. The restaurant was also fantastic. in the month I have spent abroad I have never had such well prepared and cooked meat. It was very cheap in comparison to the rest of Paris and twice as nice. the room was very good for the price. The hotel is only about 5 mins walk from a tube station that heads into the city. Its so accessible, me and my partner never had problems travelling.

The breakfast is quite expensive (not run by the restaurant) and also doesn't have cold milk?! This was the only let-down of the hotel.
